We do not accept insurance; however, our platform is FSA/HSA eligible, like other products in our store.
You'll pay for your subscription using your normal debit or credit card. Once you are signed up and start your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to take a quick health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine if you're eligible for HSA/FSA spending. If eligible, you'll receive your Letter of Medical Necessity in 1 to 2 days. You can use this Letter of Medical Necessity and your receipt to submit to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
